ABOUT JEN CERNIK
Jenifer is passionate about pelvic health, empowering, informing and treating women of all ages.
Jenifer graduated from Keele University and has over 13 years experience working as a Chartered Physiotherapist in both the NHS and private sectors.
From 2021 Jenifer led the Women's Health Service at Woodland Hospital alongside being the Physiotherapy Manager. Jenifer went on to complete post graduate training in urinary incontinence, ultrasound and scar management following a caesarean section. More recently Jenifer has completed a diploma in Aquanatal Yoga and has set up classes for antenatal and postnatal women.
She is able to offer you thorough pelvic health assessments, whilst using evidenced based treatments to manage your symptoms and to provide you with the tools and education to reduce the risk of these symptoms returning in the future
Jenifer is passionate about pelvic health; empowering, informing, and treating women of all ages, whilst creating a safe space to discuss your concerns, be heard and offer you the support you need.
Jenifer recognised that there were limited options for women suffering with pain and symptoms that, as women, we shouldn't have to put up with. Following on from the birth of her son, Jenifer set up Elle Physiotherapy, a women's health physiotherapy and post natal rehabilitation clinic, to enable women to access these services more easily.
Outside of work Jenifer enjoys spending time with her partner and son, travelling and keeping fit with swimming, good food and holidays exploring the world.
