ABOUT ELLE PHYSIOTHERAPY
Meet Jen Cernik
I bring over 13 years of experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist, having worked in both the NHS and private sectors. As a mother to my son Freddie and pregnant with with my daughter, I have a deep understanding of the physical changes women may experience during the postpartum period. I am dedicated to empowering and educating women of all ages about their pelvic health while providing a supportive environment for discussing concerns and accessing the necessary.
